Five Key Takeaways from the Inaugural Marketing360 Summit

The inaugural Marketing360 Summit in Nashville TN had thoughtful sessions that encouraged attendees to challenge the “sameness” in healthcare, work more closely with HR, and develop better consumer strategies…and of course AI.

The team at ICD Events graciously invited Swaay.Health to attend the very first Marketing360 Summit – a conference specifically for healthcare marketers at provider organizations. The event was held in March in lovely Nashville, TN and was hosted by Jared Johnson, Founder of Shift Forward Health.

Over two days, speakers and panelists presented thoughtful content that highlighted both the challenges and opportunities facing marketers at healthcare providers.

Key takeaways from attendees included:

  1. AI is a force that is changing the healthcare landscape – some of it good, some not so much
  2. Marketing leaders need to partner more closely with HR as the staffing challenge continues
  3. More consumer strategies are needed to combat healthcare “sameness”
  4. Patient journeys are unique and marketing/patient experience efforts need to reflect that
  5. Attribution is becoming more critical as budgets tighten and as marketing’s value is increasingly questioned
