HealthcareNow Radio: Perfecting Audio Content as a Marketing Strategy

We are so excited to welcome everyone back in-person to the annual Healthcare and IT Marketing Conference next week!

To celebrate our excitement, we are highlighting some of our incredible Sponsors this week to show you the ways they influence and help the healthcare marketing industry meet their strategic marketing goals.

We sat down with Carol Flagg, Director of Sales & Marketing of HealthcareNOW Radio to learn about how the company has grown and evolved since first launching at the 2012 HIMSS Conference.

HealthcareNOW Radio is a streaming radio station that streams 24/7 around the US and the world. They have 40,000 listeners per month and have a companion podcast channel.  Their network consists of 16 radio shows and 18 podcast shows.

In 2016/2017 audio content growth started to take off. That same year the iPhone came out with an embedded podcast icon that opened up the floodgates for content marketers who thought of this medium as a new way to position their subject matter experts in an audio environment in addition to writing articles for a corporate blog, speaking at events, or doing webinars.

Today audio content as a content marketing strategy is a very common conversation that the team at HealthcareNOW Radio has with its clients. Whether they are trying to launch a podcast, have an existing podcast that they’re looking to amplify or trying to get their thought leaders on as guests of podcasts, HealthcareNOW Radio can help.

Learn more about Carol and the team at HealthcareNOW Radio below and be sure to stop by to chat all things audio content with them next week at booth #5 at HITMC22.
